Scalpa Shipping Policy
Our shipping distribution center is located in Phoenix, AZ.
We reserve the right to combine, or split orders based on inventory stock.
Shipping Times
- All orders placed before 2:30PM (Arizona Time) will ship that same day.
- All orders placed after 2:30PM (Arizona Time) will ship the following business day.
- Our distribution warehouse hours are M-F from 9am-5pm (Arizona Time). We are closed on weekends and major US holidays, orders will ship the following business day.
Overnight Shipping
- We offer FedEx overnight shipping (US only) on all of our items (unless we are out of stock). All "overnight" shipments must be made before 2:30PM (Arizona Time) M-F to ship that same day. Special exceptions can be made if you miss the deadline, you can email care@scalpashop.com and we will do our best to satisfy your shipment.
- When selecting FedEx overnight shipping please remember that the calculation shown at our checkout page only calculates "business days.” (Saturday & Sunday do not count.)
- If you place an order for a "FedEx Standard Overnight" on a Friday, your item will not be shipped until Monday and delivered until that Tuesday.
International Shipping Policy
- We offer international shipping on all items that meet regulatory guidelines for export. We utilize DHL Express Shipping.
- All customers are liable for any and all customs and duties imposed by their countries laws and customs policies. Scalpa takes no responsibilities for these additional charges and we advise customers to get accurate tax rates from their local customs office.
- Customers are responsible for all customs duties.
- You will need to enter your zip code correctly. If for some reason, you are unable to put the correct zip code, please contact care@scalpashop.com for further assistance. If the zip code is incorrect, the order WILL be delayed.
- Once a package leaves our center, we have zero control over the package. Because of this, all international orders are final. Returns, refunds and exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances.

**If shipping address is not accurate, it will fail to be shipped. Please make sure to check that you have provided us with the correct address. If you have entered an invalid shipping address, please email care@scalpashop.com to fix this.
