This training course is for becoming an official Scalpa Certified Trainer. Whether you need certification for insurance purposes, state regulations, or just want one to show as accreditation, this is the course you will need to take in order to get that certification.

Training kits and materials are sold separately. The sole purpose of this training is to teach you how to be a Scalpa Trainer and to receive certification as a Scalpa Trainer.

These training kits do not require you to take this course or for you to be a certified Scalpa Trainer. You can purchase Trainer Training Kits and still train and certify your students using our materials but to receive your own certification as a Scalpa Trainer, you will need to take this course and become approved.

Scalpa Shipping Policy

Our shipping distribution center is located in The US and operates on AZ time. For the physical address please email care@scalpashop.com.

Shipping Times

All orders placed before 2:30PM (MST/US) will ship that same day.
All orders placed after 2:30PM (MST/US) will ship the following day.
Our distribution warehouse hours are M-F from 9am-5pm. We are closed on weekends and major holidays, orders will ship the following day.

Overnight Shipping

We offer FedEx overnight shipping on all of our items (unless we are out of stock). All "overnight" shipments must be made before 2:30PM M-F to ship that same day. Special exceptions can be made if you miss the deadline, call our office at 1-855-424-7828 and we will do our best to satisfy your shipment.
When selecting FedEx overnight shipping please remember that the calculation shown at our checkout page only calculates "business days".(Saturday & Sundays do not count.)
If you place an order for a "FedEx Standard Overnight" on a Friday, your item will not be delivered until that Monday. You must select "FedEx Priority Overnight" with "Saturday Delivery" in able to ensure your weekend delivery.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping on all items that meet regulatory guidelines for export.
All customers are liable for any and all customs and duties imposed by their countries laws and customs policies. Scalpa takes no responsibilities for these additional charges and we advise customers to get accurate tax rates from their local customs office.

We can make special exceptions for preexisting FedEx accounts and in rare circumstances ship via UPS and/or UPS accounts.

I have been extremely disappointed with my training and have been attempting to contact someone who will actually answer my questions for WEEKS now. Your rep, Alex has lied to me, and I literally cannot get a single person within this company to contact me other than him, or a Jessica who decided to start ignoring my messages. I have gone so far as to message the owner of the company directly on Facebook since there is NO phone number or apparently management team within the company, and this has also gone unanswered. I’m so disappointed because if one single person could help me within the company, I could make them so much money as a trainer. I am totally willing to remove this review if someone will CALL ME. You have my email, email me and ask for my phone number, then actually follow through and call me. I am not the person to leave a bad review, but I cannot come up with any other way to get the information I need.

I loved the concept of an easy training for trainers. It was well formed and easy to understand. Most of it is common sense. As a trainer you are the role model to your students. They are the ones that will follow and become your successors. This training module is a lot easier for some to really understand the whole concept to become a great trainer. It is straight to the point.
