Permanent eyeliner is great for those wanting to brighten or widen their eyes, have the look of perfectly applied eyeliner, or just the hassle-free application of daily makeup! With this training kit and knowledge, you will be able to teach about how the procedure is performed, pre & post care, contraindications, client consultations, techniques, equipment, and so much more!
