Q: Will I receive certification with this? 

A: A training kit is recommended, but not required in order to receive certification for this course. Certification will be granted at the completion of your training.

Q: What is SMP? 

A: Scalp Micropigmentation is the process of having one’s scalp tattooed with tiny dots the size of a hair follicle to resemble the appearance of stubble, giving one the appearance of a short “shaved look” hairstyle. Scalp Micropigmentation is an immediate solution to hair loss, there is no invasive surgery process, no scarring, and no down time. To become a world-premier scalp micropigmentation technician, it is important to learn how to use the Scalpa Machine and how to properly blend the Scalp Aesthetic pigment tones to meet the needs of each and every individual client.

Q: Will I be able to learn online? 

A: Yes! Our training platform was designed so you can learn at your own pace, on your own time and you will have lifetime access so you can always go back and review even upon becoming certified! Unlike hands on training, you can rewatch your training as many times as needed to continually practice and master your skill. You will also have full access to our educator so you can receive support along the way. 

Q: Will I receive certification with this?

Q: What is the different between the one pigment and full pigment kit? 

A: The one pigment option is meant mainly for practicing. The color is chosen at random and designed to practice your technique. The full pigment set will include all eight of our pigments and will help you get started in offering the service once you have become certified. With the full pigment set, you can customize the pigments to fit each client's needs.
