I ordered the Ombré training kit with the machine. I didn’t receive the machine or the needles. I reached out to fix the situation and eventually had my email acknowledged. However, now it’s been over a week, with no follow up, still no machine or refund. I’ve tried to follow up with several emails and haven’t heard anything back. This will be my final order with scalpa. Order from a different company who values their customers and save yourself some money.

Ok everything is great about it, except, my machine. It will not use the shading needles properly, every time I try to use it throws them out? Don't think I can use this on a human.

This training was very informative. I really enjoyed the corrective module especially the back ground sounds from Bryce (shhhhh). But overall this course gave me the confidence I needed to perform microshading services for my clients. Allowing yourself to fully absorb the training with little to no distractions and with practice it will award you to be your best! Thank you Scalpa!

Received the full pigment kit. Great products, easy to use. Love the pigment colour chart which works out the right colour for your client. Very easy to learn. Online training is fantastic with training videos, all the information that you need to perform the procedure and train. Will definitely buy more courses through Scalpa. Postage 2-3 days to uk.

I love how SCALPA makes things easily accessible and convenient. On my first try it was just ok. I went back watch the training again and my second brow practice was MUCH better. Now it's just getting a little bit more familiar & work on a real person :-)
