General FAQs

Shipping Policy 

Scalpa Shipping PolicyOur shipping distribution center is located in Phoenix, AZ. 


Shipping Times 

All orders placed before 2:30PM (MT/US) will ship that same day. 

All orders placed after 2:30PM (MT/US) will ship the following day. 

Our distribution warehouse hours are M-F from 9am-5pm (MT/US). We are closed on weekends and major US holidays, orders will ship the following day. 

Overnight Shipping 

We offer FedEx overnight shipping on all of our items (unless we are out of stock). All "overnight" shipments must be made before 2:30PM (MT/US) M-F to ship that same day. Special exceptions can be made if you miss the deadline, call our office at 408-888-1627 and we will do our best to satisfy your shipment. 

When selecting FedEx overnight shipping please remember that the calculation shown at our checkout page only calculates "business days.” (Saturday & Sunday do not count.) 

If you place an order for a "FedEx Standard Overnight" on a Friday, your item will not be delivered until that Monday. You must select "FedEx Priority Overnight" with "Saturday Delivery" enable to ensure your weekend delivery.  

International Shipping 

We offer international shipping to almost every country in the world. We utilize DHL Express Shipping. (We are unable to ship to Iran). 

All customers are liable for any and all customs and duties imposed by their countries laws and customs policies. Scalpa takes no responsibilities for these additional charges and we advise customers to get accurate tax rates from their local customs office. 


If you have any questions concerning your shipment or future shipments, please feel free to give our distribution office a call at 408-888-1627 and ask for Ambie. Special exceptions can be made for pre-existing customers if needed.**If shipping address is not accurate, it will fail to be shipped. Please make sure to check that you have provided us with the correct address. If you have entered an invalid shipping address, please email [email protected] to fix this.  

Return Policy 

Due to the sensitivity of our products, all sales are final.Returns are not accepted, unless previously stated in under a special occasion. 

If the item is damaged or defective please email [email protected] for an exchange or return. You should expect your refund within (five) business days.

Missing Products?

If you are missing a product or have not received your shipment please contact distribution at [email protected] or 1-(855)-424-7828.

If you have pre-ordered a product or training, a partial shipment of available products may be shipped first. Expect your full order once pre-order time frame has ended and training or products have launched. 

Where's My Training Link? 

Your training course link will automatically be emailed to you upon purchase. Please be sure you enter a valid email address for this to be sent. 

If you purchased a training that is on pre-order, you will receive the link via email as soon as it launches.

How Do Our Training Courses Work? 

Our training courses are all online. They are designed for you to work on your own time with your own schedule. 

We will provide in-depth information for everything you need to know about the procedure such as anatomy, client consultation, pre and after care, setting up for procedure, step by step instructions and even more. You are able to watch live procedure videos and other videos covering more explanation. 

We also will provide proper client intake forms for you to use for your business as well as marketing assets. 

At the end of the course you will have the chance to send your work in to a trainer for approval. Upon successful completion you will receive your certification. This will be a PDF file with your name on it, emailed to you. 

You can connect with the trainer if you have questions or need help along the way. 

We also have two community groups, one on Facebook and one on WhatsApp, for you to connect with others in this industry, doing the same thing as you. 

Insurance Information

Scalpa Academy is an International Company training both licensed and non-licensed individuals from tattoo artists, aesthetician’s, cosmetologists, physicians, nurses, microblading artists and those interested in using our education and devices for home use only. 

Because of the large variance in the students we educate, and the fact that laws and governing boards vary from country to country and state to state, it is the sole responsibility of the student to research their governing boards and laws within their state and country if you are planning to perform any of the procedures we offer as a business.
