Becoming an official Scalpa International Academy Educator is not just an honor,

 it’s a marksmanship of a very skilled and educated individual who specializesin 

advance training representing Scalpa International Academy.

Joining our affiliate program is a great opportunity for those training others looking to make more than just a one-time profit from their students. We offer training kits in bulk for you to purchase to include in your hands-on training classes. Once your students have become certified, instead of sending them off to become your competitors, continue making a profit from them. When you sign up for our affiliate program, you will be given a unique code. You will then be able to refer your students to 

Scalpa products using this code. Once the code has been entered under their account, all of their sales will be linked to your account, and you will continue to receive a percent of every purchase they make.

Have overall educational and supervisory 

responsibility for the trainee ina given placement;

Ensure that an induction to the unit 

(where appropriate) has beencarried out;

Ensure that the trainee is familiar with the curriculum and

 assessment system relevant to the level/stage of training 

and undertakes it accordingto requirements;

Ensure that the trainee has available supervision appropriate to theirstage of training;

Act as a mentor to the trainee and help with both professional andpersonal development;

Discuss the trainee's progress with the Director of

 Education throughsubmission of final video exam;

Present Director video submission of your hands-

on training sample course, grant Scalpa access to educator’s portfolio, training modules andengage in activity on Facebook forum by answering questions;

Inform trainees of their progress and encourage trainees to 

discuss anydeficiencies in the training program, ensuring 

that records of suchdiscussions are kept;

Keep the Director of Education informed of any significant 

problems thatmay affect the educator and trainee's education;

Provide an end of training report to Director of Education 

when seekingtrainee certification;

Territories will be assigned to educators in each state and country, and leads will be provided to Educators as they come in. Please email video submission of you conducting a hands-on training program of eachprocedure (clips if applying for more than two procedures) to  education@scalpashop.com. You may also request a face time submissionapplication if that is easier for you. We are looking at your skill set to perform a hands-on workshop as an educator. We’d also like to access your social media so we can review your portfolio and activity. With each student kit you purchase please provide us the student’s full name and purchase order number so we can verify for certification.

100 clinical hours in related procedure which can include personal certification hours.

An interest and ability in educating, assessing and appraising

Must have Scalpa education and certificate, and/or required license and insurance in procedure they are applying for as an educator.

Must use all Scalpa tools and products when performing hands on training workshops.

Must keep up-to-date with developments in education.

Must actively participate in the Scalpa Forum support group via Facebook by answering questions and posting.

Must keep up-to-date with their own professional development. 

Must prepare (1) tutorial on education subject per month and release to Scalpa International for publication.

Must provide (2) before and after photos per month to Scalpa International for publication.

Must include Scalpa International Educator watermark on all photos used to attract potential students.

Must conduct hands on training workshop or one on one education with Scalpa Certification at least 6 students a year.

Maintain positive feedback and remain active on the Facebook Training Community by assisting in answering questions.

Must have bloodborne pathogens certification
