Recall - Important Safety Information - Scalpa Numb

In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Scalpa Inc. is recalling Scalpa Numb, batch number: 1000000101. It has been brought to our attention that the formulation for our Scalpa Numb which contains the regulated substance, lidocaine, does not meet the legal requirements for over the counter sale in its current packaging. Child-resistant packaging is required for this formulation by the Poison Prevention Packaging Act (PPPA). Consumers should stop using the product and immediately store Scalpa Numb in a safe location out of reach of children. Please find further information about this recall attached to this email.  

We put our trust into our manufacturers and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We are currently working with a number of large US manufacturers to provide a formula that is within the legal limit for US over the counter sales and will contain all proper packaging and labeling requirements.
